This adaptive re-use project of a four-story, 50,000SF 1920’s bank building was a retrofit to accommodate a Safeguard Self-Storage facility. The project features a 2-story atrium with loading and parking facilities and adjacent leasing office. The building’s historic limestone exterior and terra cotta window spandrel panels were completely restored. The exterior also features a state-of-the-art night-time lighting system and a 25’ high mural completed in conjunction with the Philadelphia Mural Arts program.
