This project included the extensive renovation of the existing art barn facility housed in an outdated dairy barn and adding over 20,000 S.F. of additional classroom, studio, and gallery space.  The building expansion respects the past while responds to the current needs of the facility.  This was accomplished with complementary building materials and architectural details.  This new fine arts center creates a strong connection to the existing campus with the addition of a new pedestrian bridge and landscaped plazas.
