Temple N. 16th St. is a scattered site, 58-unit historic renovation project.  The scope of work includes provisions for handicap accessibility, renovations of all kitchens, finishes, bathrooms, and an addition of a laundry facility and management office.  Exterior facades will be cleaned, re-pointed, and repaired to maintain the historical attributes.  All new equipment and fixtures provided will be Energy Star certified, including appliances, lighting, and HVAC systems.  The project is LEED GOLD Certified.
