This 56 unit rental housing project developed for veterans and low income families will provide a combination of one- three bedroom units.  Amenities include computer rooms, a fitness center, meeting rooms, and community space, many of which will serve veterans, tenants, and members of the local community. The building will also include a rooftop garden designed to be used by the tenants for growing vegetables.  This project is on track for LEED PLATINUM certification upon completion in early 2012.
