This four story, 51 unit affordable housing complex transformed a dilapidated building and lot into an upscale affordable residence.  The project is comprised of one, two and three bedroom units for low-income and special needs families, such as persons with HIV and AIDS.  Also incorporated into the project design are office/management spaces, community rooms and computer study areas for job training and education.  The design includes "green" features such as a living green roof, Energy Star rated fixtures and equipment, and qualifies for LEED certification.
