This project consists of 63 new units, which includes 37 large family units.  Constructed on two parcels of land, these are in close proximity to one another on he same city block.  The site contains seven groupings of buildings.  The units are configured as townhomes with some duplexes, with each having a designated off-street parking spot close to their unit.  The community building has an adjacent outdoor area for use by all residents of the development. The community includes handicapped and adaptable units which are provided with appropriate features for ease and comfort. The buildings meet PHFA Green Building standards.
