The extensive interior renovation of the central facility at Normandy Estates includes the main entrance lobby, support offices, corridors, lounges, café, and dining facilities.  The new café is a focal point right off the main lobby which encourages interaction between residents and is designed for multi-use activities when food service in not in operation.  The once disjointed central facility is unified through complementary color palettes.
